What it is

A toolkit of light and laser modalities for the deeper textural and pigment work that one device alone can't handle. Each technology addresses a specific layer or chromophore — we choose by what your skin needs, not by what the room is set up for.

Fraxel® remains our most-requested fractional laser. The treatments below complement it.

Inside this treatment

#profractional

ProFractional™ — deeper than Fraxel

An ablative fractional Er:YAG laser. Where Fraxel works without breaking the skin surface, ProFractional creates microscopic channels through it — reaching deeper for more stubborn scars.

Five to seven days of downtime. Most often deployed for ice-pick and boxcar acne scarring.

#ipl

IPL Photofacial — lifts brown spots, doesn't touch the rest

Intense pulsed light targets pigment and superficial vessels selectively. Sun spots crust and shed over a week; broken capillaries fade. The treatment doesn't address texture or fine lines — it does pigment, beautifully.

#dermamelan

Dermamelan — for melasma that won't respond

A medical-grade depigmenting protocol with an in-clinic mask and a home regimen that runs over months. Reserved for stubborn melasma that hasn't responded to laser or peel programs. The most decisive option we offer for this condition.

#nd-yag-veins

ND:YAG — facial and leg veins

Long-pulse Nd:YAG energy is absorbed by haemoglobin, collapsing the vessel from within. Safe across all skin tones, including deeper complexions where IPL can't go.

Used for spider veins, broken facial capillaries, and small leg vessels.

FAQ

  • Which of these is right for me?

It depends on the chromophore: pigment, vessel, or texture. We choose at consultation based on a careful skin analysis.

  • Can I combine treatments?

Often — IPL for pigment and ND:YAG for vessels in the same session, for example. Resurfacing lasers are spaced apart.

  • What's the safest for darker skin tones?

ND:YAG is the safest across all skin tones. IPL and Fraxel require careful patient selection. Dermamelan is suitable for stubborn melasma in most tones.
