What it is

Peels are how we reach the surface layers — for congestion, pigmentation, and the inflammation that sits beneath active acne. The right peel done at the right depth is one of the most effective tools in clinical aesthetics.

Wrong peel, wrong skin: a setback. We assess carefully.

Inside this treatment

#standard-peels

Standard peels — salicylic, glycolic, lactic, Jessner's

For surface texture, congestion, and the inflammatory component of acne. Treatments are layered in series — typically four to six sessions spaced two to four weeks apart.

#brightening

Brightening peels

Tyrosinase-inhibiting formulations target pigmentation specifically. Used alongside daily SPF and a pigment-suppressing home regimen, they lift sun spots, post-acne marks, and melasma over a properly spaced series.

#carbon-peel

Hollywood carbon peel

Carbon paste applied to the skin, then targeted with a Q-switched laser. The carbon absorbs into pores and surface oil and is vaporised by the laser — decongesting pores and giving the surface a polished finish.

No downtime. Often booked the week of an event.

FAQ

  • Will I peel?

Some peels produce visible flaking, others work without surface shedding. We'll set expectations based on which peel you're booked for.

  • How many sessions?

Four to six in a series, depending on the peel and the concern.

  • Safe for darker skin tones?

Yes, with appropriate peel and depth selection. We pre-treat with pigment-suppressing actives in higher Fitzpatrick types.
