What it is

Dermal fillers restore volume where it has been lost and define structure where the bone has retreated. We use hyaluronic acid products almost exclusively — reversible, predictable, and metabolised by the body over twelve to eighteen months.

The work is structural. Filler should never look like filler.

Is it for you?

A fit for you if…

  • Mid-face volume loss creating a tired or hollowed appearance
  • Lips you want defined, hydrated, or modestly enhanced
  • A nasal contour issue you'd correct if you could do it in thirty minutes

We'd recommend something else if…

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Active skin infection or autoimmune condition affecting the treatment area
  • Known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine

Inside this treatment

#face-volume

Face volume — cheeks, jawline, temples

Mid-face volume loss is one of the earliest signs of aging and the most commonly under-treated. Restoring it lifts the lower face without lifting it surgically. Cheek and jawline contouring use the firmer fillers; temple work demands the lightest products and the most experienced hand.

#lips

Lip volume and definition

Lip work is about proportion as much as volume. We pay attention to the philtral columns, the cupid's bow, and the relationship between upper and lower lip — not just total volume. Most first-time lip patients receive 0.5 to 1 ml.

#non-surgical-rhinoplasty

Non-surgical rhinoplasty

A small amount of filler placed precisely along the bridge or tip can correct a dorsal hump, lift a drooping tip, or straighten asymmetries — without anesthesia, without recovery. The treatment takes about thirty minutes and lasts up to eighteen months.

Not every nose is a candidate. We screen carefully and decline cases where surgical referral is the right answer.

What to expect

  • Pre-care: avoid blood thinners and alcohol for 24 hours where medically appropriate.
  • Session: 30–60 minutes including topical anesthetic and detailed marking.
  • After: bruising or swelling possible for a few days. Plan around social events.

FAQ

  • How long do dermal fillers last?

Twelve to eighteen months depending on the area and product. Lip filler typically lasts six to twelve months because the area is constantly in motion.

  • Can it be reversed?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the result isn't what you wanted.

  • Does it hurt?

Most fillers contain a built-in anesthetic. We apply topical numbing before the session. Lip work is the most sensitive area but well-tolerated.
